I can't stop thinking about the latest from Rose Inc.
Skincare benefits, sheer coverage and an otherworldly glow? I'm besotted.
I just started my third tube of Saie Slip Tint Broad Spectrum SPF 35 Tinted Moisturizer because I truly love it that much. Perfect for day and night, I think I’ve only worn real foundation once or twice since it moved into my makeup drawer, and pairing it with the Glowy Super Gel makes it even dreamier.
But, alas, it seems I have a wandering eye. I haven’t been able to stop thinking about Rose. Inc.’s Skin Enhance Luminous Tinted Serum since it dropped last week. Let’s start with the name…
If I could even get a half-step closer to looking like Rose Inc. founder Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, I’ll take it.
“Enhance.” I’m on-board.
“Luminous.” I’d make this my middle name if I could.
“Tinted.” Let’s go!
“Serum.” And skincare benefits???
Take a closer look…
See all of those pigment spheres that burst upon contact with your skin? They are actually suspended in a hydrating base that includes hyaluronic acid, squalene and peptides. Available in 14 shades (which leads me to believe the color offers a little wiggle room), it also helps plump the skin to smooth the look of fine lines and leaves skin with a luminous finish—all without clogging pores (because Rosie has been open about her struggles with acne). See, Stars—They’re Just Like Us!
They had me at the product name, but then I came across these lab results:
Instantly increases hydration an average of 144%*
100% saw smoother skin in seven days**
85% experienced an increase in brightness in seven days**
Instantly improves skin’s moisture barrier*
Longwearing and transfer-resistant**
Moisturizes up to 24 hours *
*Based on a 24-hour clinical instrument study of 33 people, ages 18-66, after immediate, 8-, 12- and 24 hours single application
The site makes a pretty big deal about applying it with Rose Inc.’s Number 3 Foundation Brush and I’m OK with that (considering I already have several similar options). The only downside I’ve been able to find is that it doesn’t have SPF (but I have more than enough sunscreen I could apply beforehand).
Am I doing this? (I think I am.) Or even more importantly, are you?
